BUT these same students often face 2 major roadblocks:

1.They lack access to funding.

2. They lack the financial acumen that is essential to scaling their business.

Our Solution

We aim to bridge the gap in funding for Pre-Seed/Seed student ventures, preparing their business for the next stage of growth and funding rounds.

  • We are a completely student run firm. We have collective experiences in early-stage SaaS, B2B, & tech-enabled services investing, building and scaling our own start-ups, internships at private equity firms, a search fund, and in corporate finance. We all have a passion for entrepreneurship and contributing to our community, we are eager to partner with driven students who have a vision.

  • We seek to become active internal advisors and work alongside founders as operational partners. We will help student founders develop business acumen, optimize operational efficiencies, and secure valuable partnerships. Their business is our business.

  • We have built up a strong network of 30+ Institutional VCs and Angel Investors who we share deal flow with. We seek to provide founders access to our network to provide them with funding and mentorship.
